# The Domino That Didn't Fall
Consider the primality testing of the number $641$ via dominos. We believe that the real reason the final domino will be up or down will depend on certain abstract entities, such as primality, the natural numbers, and the primality of $641$. These are not physical, but they impact a physical entity, namely the last domino. We are then [Forced To Take a Position](Forced%20To%20Take%20a%20Position.md): are these non physical entities ([Abstractions](Abstractions.md)) real or not? If they are not real, we must explain how non-real entities interact with real ones. If they are real, then they fit right into our best explanations-no additional explanation is needed. Thus, classifying them as real is the better explanation! To classify them as not real would just leave something unexplained - namely, by what mechanism do "unreal" entities interact with real ones.
